Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be new and unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery (unless defective).

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items under the same conditions as returns.

Refunds

If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 20 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened items
- Products not in original condition (unless defective)
